Reports

Office-only subscriptions require that CNS reports remain within the physical confines of the office that is subscribing. They cannot be forwarded outside the office, or accessed by anyone outside the physical confines of the office. That limitation applies to all aspects of the report, including dingers based on the report and download links from the report, all of which must remain within the subscribing office location and be accessed from within the subscribing office. In the case of Jumbo firm-wide subscriptions, the reports can be circulated within all offices of the firm, but not outside the firm.

Dingers

Dingers follow the rules of the reports. They can be circulated within the office that is subscribing to the report on which the dingers are set up, but not outside the office. In the case of Jumbo subscriptions, dingers can be circulated throughout the firm.

Database Search

Database searches are tied to the office that receives office-only reports. Anyone in the subscribing office can search the database for free. The results are current for the reports subscribed to by the office, and two weeks old for reports the office does not subscribe to. The office-only subscription log-in cannot be used by someone outside the subscribing office to search the database.

Full text links

Full text links follow the terms of the reports in which they are contained. Full text links cannot be circulated outside the office that subscribes to the reports or accessed from outside the subscribing office. Downloads must be made from within the office that is subscribing to the reports in which they are contained. Jumbo firm-wide subscribers can download from anywhere within the firm.

Office log-ins

The office log-in can be used within the subscribing office to search the database, view current reports and download full text. It cannot be used by anyone outside the subscribing office location, with one exception, which is to maintain dinger lists.
