Grant County Courthouse, Washington
Courthouse Image
Completed in 1919, the classical revival style courthouse in downtown Ephrata replaced the original woodframe structure at a cost of $63,000. The building features terra cotta, concrete and brick exterior with ornate columns and cornices. Recent renovations included restoration of the front staircase. The courthouse is geothermally heated from a deep well. (Chris Marshall / CNS)
